We go beyond basic fixes — offering cosmetic restoration, part sourcing, and the option to fully recondition devices for redeployment.

Additionally, Swift Assist addresses all types of technical issues and hardware fixes, including those resulting from consumer damage; ensuring complete support.

Swift Assist operates alongside Greensafe’s Breakfix services, as a value-added solution, applicable to any device within the customer’s IT estate. The primary goal of Swift Assist is to repair devices and restore them to a user-ready condition; prolonging the life of the asset.

Swift Assist is available in two formats:
– Support service for customers with existing replacement programs (no logistics required)
– Comprehensive end-to-end logistics and repair service
